These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pet Health (the "App"), operated by Profit Mining s. r. o., Heydukova 2138/1, Bratislava, Slovakia ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is a pet health-tracking web application. It lets you store your pets' records, upload and automatically organize vet documents, track vaccinations and preventive care, receive reminders, generate training plans, use AI features, and share pets with other people according to defined access levels.
The App is provided as a web application and installable Progressive Web App (PWA).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
You retain ownership of the content you upload — your pet data, documents, photos, and notes ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the App to you — including sending document content to our AI processor to extract structured records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.
The App uses AI to extract information from documents, suggest breeds, generate training plans, and power an in-app assistant.
AI features can make mistakes. Extracted records, breed suggestions, training plans, and assistant responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for convenience only.
The App is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary advice. Always verify important information (such as vaccination dates and due dates) against your original documents, and consult a qualified veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health. You are responsible for your pet's care.
The App includes vaccination and preventive-care rules for supported countries, with sources cited where available. We aim to keep these accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee they are complete or error-free, and rules can change. Reminders are a helpful tool, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for your pet's vaccination and preventive-care schedule.
You may share a pet with a co-owner, viewer, or trainer at the access level you choose. When you do, those people can access the data covered by their access level. Trainers receive training-only access and do not see medical or vet-document data. You are responsible for who you share with, and you can revoke access at any time.

The App is currently provided free of charge. Paid plans are planned but are not yet available. When paid plans launch, we will update these Terms and clearly present any pricing before you are asked to pay. Nothing in these Terms currently obliges you to pay anything.
We aim to keep the App available and working, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights under Slovak and EU law).
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Account → Danger Zone. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
